Complex, multi-party cases may be more effectively mediated with two mediators. Tremendous amounts of time may be saved when both mediators can work the different parties to discuss risks and possible resolutions. Attorneys and clients, who are spending valuable time in mediation, will reach a resolution more quickly and efficiently if two mediators are facilitating the resolution. Ms. Hobbs and Hon. Bohling are blending their talents in complex multi-party cases to provide a more efficient, effective and expeditious mediation process. For more information, see Ms. Hobbs' article on co-mediation published in "For the Defense" in the October 2007 issue.
