Bohling/Hobbs Professional Mediation

Hobbs and Bohling offer proactive, professional mediation services in complex commercial cases, catastrophic injury cases, construction, employment, and complex family cases.  Hobbs and Bohling have extensive experience and legal knowlege and have been named Best Lawyers in America 2009 and 2010, Mountain States Super Lawyers 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and Utah Legal Elite 2008, 2009 and 2010. They continue to learn and adopt new mediation skills to allow parties the greatest opportunity to obtain resolution of their disputes. 

Both Bohling and Hobbs are Distinguished Fellows in the International Academy of Mediators.  Hobbs is the Membership Chair of the International Academy of Mediators.  Hobbs has mediated over 3,500 disputes over the past 10 years.  Bohling has mediated over 500 disputes over the past 5 years. Hobbs became a member of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators in 2009.  Both Hobbs and Bohling regularly attend national and international trainings to continually improve their expertise as professional mediators. They most recently attended the and International Academy of Mediators conference in London in September of 2009 where mediators from 20 different countries gathered and learned mediation skills from each other. Hobbs will be teaching two sessions at the American Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Conference in San Francisco in April 2010.
